Keith Gawsyszawski

Director of Quality

With over 40 years in the aviation industry, Mr. Keith Gawsyszawski has held a FAA Designated Engineering Representative position with the limited ratings of flammability burn test witnessing, Director of Quality and Chief Inspector positions for Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO), Aircraft Refurbishment, and On-Demand and Fractional Operations; to include the Director of Quality for Airtegrity Aviation, LLC since September 2017.

Before joining Airtegrity Aviation, Mr. Gawsyszawski was the Director of Quality and Chief Inspector for Pacific Aerospace Resources and Technologies, located in Victorville, California from March 2015 until September 2017. His duties included maintaining the domestic repair station along with several foreign repair station certificates including EASA, CASA Australia, DGCA Mexico, ANAC Brazil, ANACIM Senegal, ANAC Argentina, BCAA Bermuda, and DRG Congo. In addition, during 2015 the company received the AS-9110B certification. Also, during this time, a line maintenance authorization was issued for maintenance coverage at the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky Airport, (KCVG).

From March 2013 through March 2015 Mr. Gawsyszawski was employed at Delta Private Jet, Inc. in Erlanger, Kentucky. During his tenure, he was the Director of Quality and Chief Inspector and was instrumental in moving the Air Carrier Operations Certificate from the Greensboro, North Carolina Flight Standards District Office to Cincinnati, Ohio FSDO. He also established a certificated domestic 14 CFR 145 repair station in Cincinnati and performed conformity inspections on 38 new and used aircraft to the Delta Private Jets’ operating certificate thereby increasing the operating fleet size from 31 to over 60.

From 1996 to 2013, Mr. Gawsyszawski was the Director of Quality Assurance and Chief Inspector for Flight Options, LLC. During this time, he was instrumental in the transition of the company from a company with 18 aircraft to more than 220, becoming the second largest fractional ownership company at that time. Mr. Gawsyszawski also established and held the Chief Inspector position for the repair station in Cleveland, Ohio and satellite stations in Teterboro, New Jersey, West Palm Beach, Florida, and Las Vegas Nevada.

From 1986 to 1996 Mr. Gawsyszawski worked at Cleveland Jet Center, established a repair station and held the position as Chief Inspector. During this time the company grew from a small repair station to one that provided full paint and interior refurbishments on all types of aircraft up through Gulfstream and Delta CRJ’s aircraft and performed major structural repairs and modifications to include being the first company outside of Gulfstream to successfully remove the wing, split the wing in half and perform internal rib repairs on a G-1159 aircraft. It was during this time that Mr. Gawsyszawski was issued a company DER and later Consultant DER certifications.

Mr. Gawsyszawski is a veteran of the United States Air Force and also holds an Inspection Authorization rating.
