Brian Matousek

Brian Matousek is the Executive Vice President of Regional Operations for Airtegrity Aviation. Prior to leading our team members at Airtegrity Aviation Brian was Vice President of Regional Operations at Pacific Aerospace Resources and Technologies. Brian was responsible for regional air carrier maintenance performed at the facility in southern California. A dynamic, persuasive and detailed- Aviation oriented professional with over 20 years of corporate and commercial aviation maintenance experience. Brian started his carrier in aviation at Embry Riddle aeronautical University in Daytona Beach where he earned a Bachler of Science. Brian followed up his education by serving 6 years in the United States Air Force at Langley Air Force Base. Brian began his commercial career at FFV in Nashville TN. where he had the responsibility of overhauling and repairing aircraft subsystem. Brian was afforded the opportunity to move back home to Cleveland OH and accepted a position at Air Services a division of Constant Aviation. In the 17 years Brian was employed with Air Services he worked as a line maintenance technician honing his leadership skills to ultimately become the Director of Regional Maintenance.
During his tenure at Air Services Brian lead teams that completed the first nose section replacement of an Embraer 145 in the history of Embraer. Our teams went on to complete five additional nose section replacements. We were also the first and only group to remove and replace two fuselage sections on an Embraer ERJ-170.
Throughout his career Brian has demonstrated an ability to develop highly effective management strategies consistently achieving and exceeding results through decisive action, and problem-solving techniques effectively avoiding issues before they materialize, and an outstanding ability to build relationships with customers through timely communication and positive experiences.
